Cat.# S/5190 on sleeve, S-5190 on labels. The labels feature squat/square headers, with all text in bold non-italics - the late 1972 style. The address on the back is the new format for 365 Camberwell, with the 3124 postcode - used for new releases at the end of 1972. Among the last LPs in the 1972 programme (in the standard pattern of beginning each month's releases with several classical, and ending with several non-classical) - the release date jumps back six months (along with the address format and label style) for S/5193-4.
