Recorded June 23 and 29, 1960 in Notre-Dame du Liban, Paris "An ERATO recording, released in Australia exclusively by The Record Society, a division of World Record Club." Confirmed issue dates of May 1977, November 1977 and December 1978 - no doubt there are variants in different-coloured sleeves, but nothing has turned up. "R.03169" on sleeve, "R-03169" on blue 'herald' labels. Not issued in other formats. Advertised as a Record Society release, but the only branding is the logo on the back at bottom right, and the Company name at top left. World Record Club is more prominent as the label, reflecting the increasingly tenuous existence of The Record Society in the late 1970s - the front has only the WRC logo, and the labels are the WRC blue 'herald' labels. The text above describes the LP as The Record Society's. The back fo the sleeve has both WRC and RS logos. The Record Society: Registered Office - 605 Camberwell Road, Hartwell, Victoria, 3124.
