According to the liner notes, probably written 1725 (one of the few Vivaldi works it's possible to date), intended for the wedding of the King of France Louis XV but probably not played indeed.
The manuscript was in Venice and later in the Library of Turin (1927-1930) where Roger Blanchard and Roland de Candé found, copied and revised it.

The 1968 original issue was the first time ever this work was recorded.
Here, it's a 1978 reissue, according to legal deposit at French BNF.
And some copies have a price code PG 330 on sticker, not added before 1979;
