"Spaces of Blank" was commissioned by the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra, Radio France, Norddeutscher Rundfunk (NDR), with financial support from Fonds Podiumkunsten. "Trajecten" was commissioned by the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra with financial support from the Fonds Podiumkunsten. "No reason to panic" was commissioned by the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra.
SACD is packaged in a Super Jewel Box along with a 32 page booklet, notes in English, French, German and Dutch.
