This test pressing represents just "Navigations" (the 1st record in the Medical Records' Navigations I-III 3xLP set), despite having the title on the test pressing sticker of "Navigations I-III". Medical Records already had the test pressings for Volume II and Volume III, which were both released individually by Medical Records. Navigations (Volume I) was originally released by Electric Voice Records in Canada. So, despite this single vinyl release sharing the catalogue number of a 3xLP set, it is only 1 LP - "Volume I".
