The text "Sold in the U.K. subject to resale price conditions, see price lists" was used exclusively by EMI between March 1964 and August 1969 for U.K. releases only (not Irish issues). So this release must have been issued in the U.K. only, after March 1964. EMI changed the colour of United Artists labels to black in late 1964. Further EMI reduced the size of the 'MONO' font (top left hand side of front sleeve) from large bold to small bold in mid 1965, so this issue, by the process of elimination, must date from 1965 to 1969.
