Musical Heritage Society Club issue of the Decca retail CD version, featuring a series of sacred arias performed by Angela Gheorghiu, The Romanian National Chamber Choir "Madrigal," and the London Philharmonic Orchestra under the baton of Ion Marin. The packaging features a twenty-four page booklet with liner notes by Alexander Gerdanovits in the original Romanian and Mari Pračkauskas in English translation, track and technical information, a brief uncredited biographical note on Gheorghiu, texts of the featured arias, artist photos by Debbie Sandersley, and a partial list of other available Decca works featuring Gheorghiu on the interior pages; and color front and back covers, the former featuring an uncredited photo of Gheorghiu in appropriate angelic guise, superimposed over an equally appropriate background, which is also featured on the back cover, as well as the inside of the inlay card, by itself. (The names "Alexander Gerdanovits," "Debbie Sandersley," and "Gheorghe Popescu-Brănesti" are not currently listed in the database, but they are three of the artists of record according to the booklet, and all therefore represent legitimate new entries … at least, in my opinion!)
