Recorded June 1956 in Kingsway Hall, London "A Columbia recording, released exclusively in Australia by World Record Club." Australian WRC 3rd [at least] pressing, sourced from original stampers and featuring unique sleeve art. Same box artwork as 2nd pressing, but in aqua green, and with raw cardboard lining inside the box. Not issued on cassette. Same number on the spine (S/4380-1-2), with "R-00303", "R-00304" and "R-00305" on blue 'herald' labels. 44-page libretto included, featuring 1968 address combination from the first pressing. It had been issued in June 1976, but probably with a white lining to the box (and maybe S- numbers on one or more of the labels...).
