This is for the black and white cover, dark blue and silver label reissue release. The original release with red and silver labels can be found here [r2731457].
In the 1960s, MHS LPs were simultaneously issued in mono (silver on red "MONAURAL" label) and stereo (silver on dark blue stereo label). Neither is "original" or "reissue" since they were released together. Both versions used the same back cover slick and same design for the front slick, but the mono used red printing instead of black and lacked the ornate "STEREO" above the catalog number on the stereo version. Both versions used the same catalog number on the covers, but the stereo labels appended an "S" to the number and the mono did not.
