Note: Very similar to the Netherlands release, except this one says "Made in Holland / Fabrique en Hollande" and the logo is depicted as LONDON rather than DECCA. Also, the inner label has concentric red circles around the entire span, as pictured, different from the blue/red half-circle in the other version. The catalog number reads 417 289-1 LH (the DECCA version likewise ends with DH) and the barcode is 0 28941 72891 3. Made for the US market where it was forbidden to import the Decca release due to import laws.
