This is the stereo version of [r4838760].
The cover is identical for both the mono version and stereo version, with BOTH the mono (J12) and stereo (JS12) catalog numbers on the spine, front, and back. However this stereo version has a white on black 'STEREO' tag printed on the back cover (obviously the mono version has a 'MONO' tag). There is no stereo/mono indication on the front cover at all.
The stereo catalog number, JS-12, is shown on the labels. The word 'STEREOPHONIC' appears under the Phillips label name on the labels.
The large 'hype' circle on upper right corner of cover is NOT a sticker... it is printed. Assumption is that this is a re-issue.
