Red Columbia 6-eye logo labels, with NO side designations, "Nonbreakable" on right of the spindle, over the matrix. The matrices have quotes around "Lp". Very similar to [r12552755] except for text spacing, mainly between tracks 1, 2 and 3 on side A and between Title and Artist on side B.
