Box set issued with six-page 10" x 8" fold-out insert containing liner notes and credits. Also issued with a small slip explaining the quiet start of Side 6. Gold lining to the box. Vanguard-style brown labels with WRC catalogue numbers and no matrix numbers. Not issued on other formats. Reissued in April 1976 and May 1977 - look for different box lining, Vanguard-style marbled labels, different colour artwork on the front, and/or new catalogue numbers on the labels (R-01367, R-01368 and R-01369, by the order form).
