Mono and stereo versions have an identical sleeve and the same number on the back (ME 2137) - the mono version has "ME-2137" on beige 'strobe' labels, while the stereo has "SME-2137" on green 'strobe' labels. There is a printed "stereo" rosette on the back, and the mono has a red sticker with "mono" placed over this (though these tend to drop off with age). Issued again in December 1967 and October 1968 - the 1968 version may have different addresses and a non-flipback sleeve.
