All recordings took place in Hayes, Hillingdon, United Kingdom. Parts 5 & 6 are not double sided. The white labels indicate that, "For several years, Victor offered a service where if a record was withdrawn from sale, customers could still order custom-made copies at a high cost, such as this one (these are often confused by collectors as test pressings; they are actually made-to-order discs)."
