Rerelease of the 1976 LP. CD comes in a jewel case with black tray and 4-page booklet, which reproduces complicated multi-page LP gatefold. Each double-page spread of the gatefold is reproduced as a half-page image in the booklet. However, only one side of the inner sleeve (on which are printed the lyrics) is reproduced: the lyrics to tracks 6 to 8 are printed on the back of the booklet.
