Released in an outer sleeve; and an inner sleeve, black on one side with credits printed in white, and the other side having black and white band photos and shots from the movie. There was another version of this album released in a gatefold sleeve. Headings are printed on both labels and inner sleeve. Runout matrices on both sides are hand-etched. In the runout matrix numbers on both sides, there is a "V" with a tiny circle at its point between the two blocks of text.
