Tracks A1, A2, A4, A5 & A8 were cut on November 22, 1943 in Hollywood; Track A6 was recorded at a Hollywood location around the same time. Track A7 was cut in New York City on March 4, 1944. Tracks B1, B2, B3 transcribed from the Hollywood Empire in late March, 1949; Tracks B4, B5, B6 were performed in The Rag Doll, Chicago, IL, between August 20-29, 1948. (The Chicago tracks are taken from a radio broadcast or 'airchecks'.) Selected and recorded from "The Swing House Collection". Limited to 5000 copies.
