The Angel reissue/repress is pressed on the 1965-69 label style that are light blue with only silver ring decoration.
This box set includes a full-size booklet that includes introduction/synopsis by [a1683821] and full libretto with English translations by [a1651130]. It is also admirably illuminated with "woodcut" style illustrations signed "M. KATAOKA".
Box cover slick is printed on thin textured paper with an uncredited Edo period ukiyo-e style print of a Courtesan.
"English Translation by William @ 1955 Capitol Records Inc." is noted inside booklet.
Recorded at Opera House in Rome, Italy.
Runouts are stamped with very light stamping on sides D and E. Underscore "_" indicates known missing letters and numbers.
