"R. 03174" on sleeve, "R-03174" on blue 'herald' labels, with "stereo" present at bottom left in the pre-1979 manner. Issued with a 12-page insert covering the last three albums in the series. In the notes, B6 "Monodie" is mis-spelt as "Monodoe", but is correct on the labels, as shown above. The liner notes do not specifically credit Marie-Claire Alain, the composer's brother, as the author, but their context makes it self-evident. Not issued on cassette.
