Subsequent 2nd version gatefold cover with narrower obi (without Limited Edition text/NO stars at top/bottom of obi), and NO poster. Includes a green-tinted 4-page insert featuring Japanese liner notes and lyrics in both English & Japanese, and double-sided full color "Polydor Rock 40 Best Albums" catalog insert. There are 2 versions of the green-tinted 4-page insert, with the differences seen on the Fan Club info in lower right on page 4/4: 1. Earliest versions have 4 lines of text; 2. Later versions have 3 lines of text and a different address for the fan club. The 1st "Limited Edition" version always contains the earlier version of the insert; subsequent 2nd version can contain either version of the insert. This release includes the earlier 4-line Fan Club info insert.
