First Reissue of the Donato/Deodato album four months after its original release in the U.S., and after both Eumir Deodato and CTI Records sued the Muse label due to the unauthorized use of Deodato's name as co-leader in the original cover.
Deodato had been hired by Muse only as arranger and sideman (to add keyboard parts) and was under exclusive contract to CTI Records at that time.
This reissue brings the following info on the back-cover: "Airto and Deodato appear courtesy of CTI Records."
Oddly, the name of George Klabin (credited as Producer and Engineer in the first pressing) was deleted in this release, and Joe Fields appeared as Producer.
