Comes in a double-wide soft touch jacket with reversible artwork, an obi, and a 8-page replica of the Keeper's Diary that has journal entries, credits, and the track listing. There are two variants; this is the Zombie/Jill vs. Tyrant design on "ink ribbon black". Contains the complete soundtrack from Biohazard, the first and original 1996 Japanese PlayStation release of Resident Evil. It contains all of the music, including: both the Japanese and North American versions of the opening; all Battle Game tracks, exclusive to the Sega Saturn port; all unused/beta version tracks; the menu music from the Biohazard Complete Disc, a bonus disc included with the Director's Cut of the game; and the Japanese vocal credits song, Icy Gaze.
