There was only one pressing of this 45 with the same matrix numbers, but there were two different sleeves (this one with purple back sleeve and a different one with orange back sleeve). Robert Mache printed the sleeves for this single (and for Human Fly) and he confirmed that there was only one pressing of this vinyl with two different back covers released at the same time. The different color back sleeves were done for variation (the same as many of the early band flyers which were printed on more than one color of paper or with more than one color of ink).
