This version has "Printed in U.S.A." at bottom right of back cover, as opposed to similar [r=20075587] which doesn't have any text.
Canadian manufacture is not mentioned anywhere on this release, and the sleeve artwork is identical to the first US release, but it is easily identified by the gold Elektra labels (without address) which had been discontinued in the U.S. in 1968 but remained in use in Canada into 1969. The jacket can also be distinguished by its heavy cardboard construction and significantly fuzzier print quality. The runouts are unique to the Canadian pressing as well: the 'TG' indicates RCA Studios, Toronto.
