This CD single is housed in a cardboard sleeve. The 'Early Warning' CD single was released on April 29th 1991 (Platterlog), but note that the 7-inch and Cassingle were issued first on April 15th 1991. The catalogue number 'CCD 027' is printed on the sleeve, while 'CCD027' is printed on the disc artwork.
