Includes an 8-page booklet with notes about the plays and the music. None of the credits listed above are printed on the sleeve but come from the notes in the booklet. Black textured sleeve with embossed titles. Sleeve sides are flipped vertically. This would appear to be an album pressed by the university (or its theater department, specifically) as a souvenir of the performances. According to the University of Illinois' finding aid for the A. Doyle Moore Papers and Music Collection, the LP was "Produced for the 1963 Festival of Contemporary Arts and WCIA-TV Champaign, IL."
