Side A was first recorded around July 22 of 1924, but with takes A, B & C rejected. However, Lange's band remade it around July 30 of 1924 & it went issued with take C also on Lincoln 2227 (as Lane's Dance Orchestra)
Side B was recorded around July 30 of 1924 & it went issued also on Lincoln 2226 (as Lincoln Dance Orchestra) & Tremont 475 as Tremont Dance Orchestra.
Both sides were cut in Cameo's recording studios located at New York's 200 West 57th Street.
