Australian WRC pressing, sourced from original stampers and featuring unique sleeve art. Mono and stereo versions have identical sleeves, with the same number on the back (D/859) - the mono version has "D-859" on beige 'strobe' labels, while the stereo has "SD-859" on green 'strobe' labels. The stereo was issued with a small "S" sticker on the front of the sleeve. The titles have differing opus numbers on the sleeve and labels - combined above. Issued as a 'dividend' release, offered at a low price (18 shillings, instead of the regular 35) for club members who had bought one LP or more in the previous 12 months. Offered in April, June, November & December 1965: the address combination had changed by November, with stereo rosettes appearing on the backs of sleeves, but no pressing variations have surfaced.
