Daddy Bug, Bonita & Native Dancer were recorded at A & R Studios, New York, N.Y. on May 12, 1969. I Love You Michelle was recorded at Atlantic Recording Studios, New York, N.Y. on March 11, 1969. Slow Motion was recorded at Muscle Shoals Sound, Muscle Shoals, Alabama on December 11, 1969. Addional recording May 11, 1976 (Pat Rebillot and Armen Halburian). In The Limelight and Virgo Vibes (Outside Blues) were recorded at Atlantic Recording Studios, New York, N.Y. on March 6, 1967. Re-mixed at Atlantic Recording Studios, N.Y., N.Y., 1976
