Recorded 1 - 2 November 1967 in the Kingsway Hall, London. Orchestrated by the conductor, with the movement, Cuba omitted, and replaced by Cordoba, from the conductor. "A DECCA recording, released in Australia exclusively by World Record Club." Australian WRC 1st pressing, sourced from original stampers and featuring unique sleeve art. "S/5428" on sleeve, "S-5428" on blue 'herald' labels. The labels feature tall narrow headers, and non-bold font for track titles - the standard 1973 style. The address is the incoming 1974-84 address with "605" replacing "365" as the street number (which was in fact a re-numbering by the P.M.G., not a change of premises by the club). Seventh-last LP in the December 1972 - November 1973 programme - the label style and address jumps back 6 months with S/5440.
