This album incorrectly combines two groups with similar names as one group. Most of the tracks are from Moon Mullican's Sunshine Boys. The releases on Pan-Am (A7, A8, B6, B7, and B8) are the Sunshine Boys Quartet that became the gospel group. These songs were from the Sunshine Boys Quartet's only non-gospel session in their early days. The quartet never recorded with Moon Mullican although they were both on the Starday label during the same time period.
