Side A = Mx. B-27340-6 was acoustically recorded on January 5, 1923 in Camden, NJ and replaces an earlier recorded version by [a=Harold Jarvis] (Mx. B-6131-2) that appeared on pressings of Victor 16008 between 1908 - 1923. Note that this Burr recording is totally different from an electrically recorded version (Mx. BVE-33051-2) that was made on July 2, 1925 and which appears on Victor 19883. Side B = Mx. B-27338-2 was acoustically recorded on December 22, 1922 in Camden, NJ and replaces an earlier recorded version by [a=Hayden Quartet] (Mx. B-6003-1 or -2) that appeared on pressings of Victor 16008 between 1908 - 1922. Note that this Shannon Quartet recording is totally different from an electrically recorded version (Mx. BVE-27338-5) that was made on July 1, 1925 and which appears on Victor 19883. The release date of this entry is likely to be between 1923 - 1927.
